Welcome to Genieten op het water - your starting point for relaxing days on the water, hassle-free.

We are Jelle and Inge, son and mother. What started as a shared passion for boating has grown into a real family business. In 2019, we started with one boat and a reception tent on the waterfront. Since then, our fleet has grown considerably, but our approach is still as personal as ever.

Jelle is the man of the fleet. He keeps the boats in top condition, welcomes you to the marina and helps you on your way with practical explanations and his favourite sailing tips. Whether you come for a sloop or a sailboat - Jelle will make sure you leave relaxed and safe.

Inge handles everything behind the scenes: from reservations to route advice. She answers your questions with a smile and likes to think with you. Her goal? Making you feel welcome and getting out on the water without stress.

What sets us apart? Our friendliness and outstanding service. We take the time for you, think with you and do everything we can to make your day on the water unforgettable. Not a massive hire company, but a warm welcome and genuine attention.

Nice boat, everything neatly and smoothly arranged. No clock-watchers, but people who understand that planning a boat route is slightly different from planning a route by road.

very nice day on the water with a boat of enjoy on the water. We had the maxima 750 which was very nice with 11 people on board. Nice spacious sloop. After a short explanation from Jelle, we were able to take to the Frisian waters. Very nice is that this sloop also had a bow thruster, which made manoeuvring much easier.

Last weekend we went out again with the Maxima 630. Ideal boat - spacious enough to fit four tents and all the gear in the hold. Jelle is pleasant and relaxed in the rental; nothing is a problem. This was our third time renting it. We did notice some wear and tear on the boat by now (broken hinges and snaps, and missing cushion on the deck). But that didn't detract from the enjoyment. All in all, definitely recommended!

On Wednesday 20 August, my mates and I had a fantastic sailing trip on the Mateo, an Aira 22. A comfortable a stable boat. We had to cancel two previous dates due to illness and bad weather. It was no problem at all to fix a new date at no cost. We were allowed to keep meat for the barbecue in Inge and Jelle's fridge. The contact was excellent and the service was top notch!
