Any damage?

Fortunately, little damage is done by our tenants. If you do have bad luck and the boat is damaged, we will arrange this together.

If the extent of the damage is clear, we will settle this immediately. If the damage is extensive, we will deduct the amount of the excess. Tip: you can often claim the damage from your third-party insurance.

Bad weather?

Unfortunately it is not always good weather to sail. You can always change your booking to another day/period if available, until 16.00 hours of the day prior to the start of the rental period.

At wind force 5 or more we have the right to cancel your reservation.

Need a boating license?

No, for none of our boats a license is necessary. For the sloops you do not even need a boating experience. However, it is a good idea to read our tips on how to safely sail a sloop in Friesland beforehand. read.

If you do not have enough experience you can hire a skipper. Call us for the possibilities.

Can you bring the boat to my cottage?

If you are staying at a holiday park or in a holiday home in Heeg, we can bring the boat to you and pick it up again.
