We regularly rent the Aira’s from Genieten op het Water. The service is always excellent (no bureaucratic hassle). Jelle takes into account our wishes, is extremely flexible and friendly. The Aira is a fantastic sailing boat, with very good sailing characteristics and very comfortable.

AIRA dinghies are great, and the transaction was smooth too

We have hired AIRA dinghies for the second time already.

The online booking and the on-site support were first-rate.

A seam on a headsail had come undone. We noticed this in time, dropped by Genieten op het Water and had a new sail hoisted within 15 minutes.

These boats are fast, comfortable and safe too at 5 Bft and stronger gusts.

Highly recommended!

The reception when picking up and returning the car was very pleasant. Because I am quite familiar with the Frisian lakes (and in particular the Heeg region), the information provided was less necessary for me. Because I am less familiar with this type of boat (especially at lower speeds and with a lot of wind), keeping the course was sometimes difficult.

Last time with 1 boat and only 3 men, today 2 boats with 10 men. Actually, it was perfect sailing weather. Unfortunately, there was 1 lady in my boat who found it a bit scary when we heeled over so much, but the others thoroughly enjoyed it. At one point we ran aground because I hadn't looked closely enough at the chart to see where it was so shallow. The man in the photo was our hero, who pulled us out.
