The Netherlands is a land of water. With our canals, rivers, lakes and, of course, the North Sea, it is almost obvious that one day you will get the desire to experience a yacht yourself. Last summer, I decided to give it a go and take a look into the world of luxury yachts. In doing so, I ended up at Jonkers Yachts, a company known for years as the specialist in exclusive motor and sailing yachts.

Whether you want a compact boat for day trips or a more luxurious model for longer trips, Jeanneau really does offer something for every type of water sports enthusiast. What I personally loved is that the layouts are smart and practical, without sacrificing style. For families and adventurers, this brand is a great option.
What made my visit to Jonkers Yachts particularly special was that it didn't feel like a sales pitch. The team takes the time to listen to your wishes, answer your questions seriously and really take you into the world of luxury yachts. Whether you are an experienced yacht owner or - like me - mostly curious, they make sure you go home with a good feeling.
In addition, they organise regular events where you can see models up close and even take test runs. It is that combination of expertise, passion and accessibility that has convinced me that I will definitely turn to them again for my future yacht plans.
The world of luxury yachts is diverse, inspiring and sometimes overwhelming. But thanks to Jonkers Yachts, I got a clear picture of what is possible. From the solid comfort of Linssen, the British flair of Fairline to the French elegance of Jeanneau - each brand has its own charm.
One thing is certain: once you take to the water on one of these yachts, you will never want to do anything else.
