At d'Ald Wal in Heeg, you step right out of your sloop onto the terrace. Or you can moor at the quay in the village. Our favourite terrace for drinks and dinner at the end of the afternoon after a nice boat trip. Cosiness at the water's edge!
You can also take a stroll through the lovely water sports village of Heeg. Don't forget to get some sweets at bakery Ypma or go shopping at watersports shop de Jong. They have very nice and sporty water sports outfits there. This way, you will also be able to sit on your boat and on the terrace in fancy maritime attire!
You will also find Grand Cafe de Watersport in Heeg. On a beautifully renovated terrace with outdoor bar, you can lounge by the water here. A lovely place to have drinks and dinner after a nice day on the water. Be surprised by the menu.
During your dinner, the Polyvalken from the sailing school under the bridge or watch the many paddlers in canoes pass by. Sports enthusiasts on a supboard also regularly pass the terrace.
For the tastiest waterfront pizzas, head to Belle et Nonna in Heeg. Enjoy delicious pizzas and fine wines on the cosy terrace. And, of course, delicious Italian desserts.
Nonna is also the place to be for cosy drinks with tasty snacks!
Tip: Belle et Nonna is also the right place for beautiful clothes, the outlet of Belle et Pomme is located there.
Spot in Langweer is a cosy and contemporary catering establishment in the middle of the attractive water sports village of Langweer. You can go there for a tasty lunch, drinks or dinner overlooking the water.
The atmosphere is relaxed and casual - a nice place to recover after a day of sailing or just to socialise.
With a sunny terrace and a tasteful menu, Spot is the place in Langweer where locals and water sports enthusiasts meet.
Pavilion Badmeester Keimpe near Balk has a fantastic view over the Slotermeer lake. If you sail a scenic sloop route through Balk, you can't miss this terrace.
There is plenty of room to moor your boat in front of the terrace. A lovely place to spend time and peer over the water. Lots of cosiness on the terrace and nice Ite. What more could you want, an excellent terrace to relax and unwind.

Those who know the terrace once automatically set course for Gaastmeer. Restaurant D'Ald Herberch Gaastmeer is the place where sailors and boaters love to moor. You can moor your boat at the quay in Gaastmeer. Is there no room? Don't worry, you can moor alongside another boat. Chances are that its crew can also be found on D'Ald Herberch's terrace.
Here too, on the terrace, you can enjoy delicious coffee with delicacies. But the new extensive menu certainly also invites you to enjoy lunch or dinner on the terrace. In short, a must for the road!
